As the founder and CEO of Maximum Impact Council (MIC), Illens has trained, mentored, and equipped leaders across industries—empowering entrepreneurs, business owners, and emerging leaders to grow with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
Drawing from decades of real-world experience, Illens created the LIVE IT Leadership Framework, a transformational model rooted in timeless principles that anchor leadership across cultures and generations. Illens is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, a certified trainer in the Cialdini Method of Influence, and a Maxwell DISC Method facilitator. He teaches leadership and entrepreneurship in partnership with organizations, universities, and community groups, including the Utah Valley University Business Resource Center.
