Julio Briones

Julio Briones is the author of The Age Cliff: Inside America's Collision With a Care System That Can't Keep Up and the founder of Briones Consulting Group, a consulting firm that works only with home care agencies. He has spent more than twenty years in the home care industry and has been consulting since 2015.

His background includes recruiting, operations, scheduling, business development, franchise support, and franchise consulting. He also co-owned a home care agency for a couple of years. Julio works with independent owners and operators in multiple states, helping them build stronger recruitment and retention, tighten operations, and improve client service. He combines data analysis with proven methods and pushes owners to take direct control of their business.
