A former middle school teacher, reading specialist, literacy coach, and curriculum coordinator, Trish’s passion is cultivating success in others. Starting with the US Department of Education’s “National Diffusion Network”, her ability to brand and market curriculum distinguished her as a professional development specialist and led to a role as National Literacy Consultant for USA TodayED. A Cognitive Coach, she launched her own training company, The EdVentures Group, and built a career in New York City, specializing in professional development training and brand consulting. Trish’s passion for creating connection and relationships resulted in a popular book about business networking, Trish Rubin’s New York Minute. As a professional speaker she has spoken about building networks at the UN Opening Session and in Europe and Asia.

After thirty years of building a communication brand, Trish teaches Marketing and Brand to MBA students at New York’s Baruch College and internationally as a visiting professor. A member of the Board of Baruch College, Executives on Campus, she mentors college students and is ardent supporter of women veterans and volunteers in the CUNY system to advance their post-service opportunities.
