Ryan D. Smith

Ryan D. Smith has worked as a pasta chef, telemarketer, door-to-door long-distance phone-service salesman, stand-up comedian, and Army paratrooper, though not all at once. He is also a former police reporter who once lived and worked on a barrier island off the coast of North Florida. He currently lives in Denver, Colorado, with a pet turtle named Asparagus McElroy, Private Eye to the Stars.
