Stevi Auble is an award winning cake designer best known for bringing the art of edible wafer paper innovations to the forefront of the cake decorating industry. She lives in San Diego, Ca with her husband and two daughters. She is an international and online cake design instructor as well as the owner of one of Southern California's most sought after boutique bakeries, Hey there, Cupcake! She uses her interior design background to create cakes that are not only modern and textile heavy but are also sophisticated, fresh and unexpected.
