Crystal J. Davis

Dr. Crystal J. Davis is a leadership scholar, author, educator, executive coach, and organizational development consultant whose work explores leadership, identity, service, and personal transformation.

She is the founder of CJD Consulting Solutions, LLC, and the CJD Servant Leadership Academy, and creator of The Sacred Reformer, a body of work connecting leadership scholarship, lived experience, and inner transformation.

Her latest book, Leading From Within: A Year of Sacred Reflections on Presence, Power, and Becoming (2026), offers 144 reflections on presence, boundaries, rest, inner authority, and leading without self-abandonment. She is also the author of three earlier books on servant leadership.

Dr. Davis holds a Doctorate in Management specializing in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Human Relations, and a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications.

Her guiding conviction: Leadership begins within, and becoming whole is part of the work.
