About the Author

Mr. Patton was born in Columbus, Ohio but grew up in Southern California and now resides in Norman, Oklahoma. Mr.Patton served for 8 years in the United States Navy aboard 3 different ships and has traveled extensively around the world. Mr.Patton is a 55-year-old divorced father of three lovely grown daughters, whom he loves spending quality time with. His other activities include writing and reading poetry, spending time with family and friends, long walks outdoors and good conversation. Mr.Patton is relatively new to the poetry world as he has just now started sharing his poetry with others and has garnered rave reviews and a tremendous amount of attention for his honest and provocative style. We expect to see much more of Mr. Michael Joseph Patton(Aka) THE PRETZELED POET in the near future.
