Natli VanDerWerken loves dragons. She’s collected more than 35 of them, many from the Far East while serving in the Navy as a meteorologist/anti-submarine warfare specialist.

Red Dragon’s Keep, a #1 Amazon International Best Seller, has won multiple awards. WindRunner, a finalist in the Colorado Authors League Book Awards and a #1 Amazon Best Seller, continues the epic fantasy saga. DreamWalker, the third novel in the five-book series, is coming in Fall 2023.

The series grew out of a fairy-tale she told her grandchildren one Christmas Eve. The main character in each of the books is based on them.

Natli has a Masters in Computer Information Systems, designs websites, raises and trains her Shetland Sheepdog show dogs, and quilts in her non-existent free time.
