I am the American Dream come true. "From Bedpans to Boardrooms" is 98% true and was written to help other abused and disadvantaged kids survive great adversity, as I did. Perseverance, plus the grace of God … and a little rock and roll!

I really wanted my story to help others and so I started describing my book at various gatherings. People were in tears at one moment and laughing hysterially at other moments. It was far more successful than I ever thought it would be. It helps people who are out there - alone and scared. That's what I wanted. The motto that guided my life was to "never give up". With that guiding principle, you can do what I did and more!
