Jennifer Walters

JENNIFER WALTERS is an award-winning author. She has written 11 novels, including the beloved Turtle Creek series, Fredrickson series, and her newest series The Admonson Sisters series. The Admonson Sisters series is a spin-off of The Turtle Creek Series where each book follows one of Tim Admonson's sisters. Her books all take place in northern Minnesota and are small-town love stories. She writes contemporary fiction novels. Her latest book, Meet Me In Side Lake came out August 13, 2026. It is the second book of five in the Admonson Sisters series. Her next novel will be released in January of 2027. It is the 3rd book in her new series.

When she is not writing, she enjoys spending her summers in Side Lake, boating, swimming, and soaking in the joys of lake life with her family and friends. She also enjoys her northern Minnesota winters, spending them on the cross-country ski trails in Side Lake and the ski hills of Biwabik.

A dedicated triathlete, she loves training by swimming in the lake and biking the Mesabi Trail and Redhead, drawing inspiration from the breathtaking Iron Range area that often features prominently in her books. Jennifer Walters lives with her husband, Owen, and they have two children. Together, she and her husband embrace the beauty of the outdoors, which brings her stories to life.
