Kim Kerrigan

Kim Kerrigan has presented onsite communication skills workshops to business professionals throughout the United States and Mexico. Equally important, he has improved the communication skills of thousands of people so they can be both confident and successful in today's rapidly changing workplace.

Kim’s innovative training techniques are well-known for creating programs that are organized, stimulating, and relevant for business professionals at all levels. His remarkable enthusiasm in presenting extremely interactive workshops, in fact, has been a hallmark of Corporate Classrooms for over two decades.

He graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in English. His graduate work includes study at Harvard University; Temple University; Northern Illinois University; Fitchburg State University; and Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Upon graduation from college, he taught on the secondary level for several years. He later held positions in the sales, marketing, and editorial areas at three educational publishing companies and taught college-level classes.

In addition, Kim has authored or coauthored eleven books, including Sound Advice for Successful Writing, Get a Grip on Grammar, Words for the Wise, Get a Grip on Business Writing, Punctuation and Language Usage Made Easy, Get a Grip on Supervisory Skills, Budget Basics, and Mom In Her Own Words.

He lives in the Boston area and has been featured in various articles in newspapers, such as The Chicago Tribune, Crain's Chicago Business, Telegram and Gazette, Sun-Sentinel, and The Boston Globe. For many years Kim has voluntary offered his workshop services to a number of community-based organizations.
