Simon Robinson is CEO of Holonomics Worldwide and one of the world's original pioneers of customer experience strategy. In 1995, working within BT's Human Factors and marketing teams, he co-authored what is widely regarded as the world's first article on customer experience strategy — reframing business thinking from market segmentation to the design of whole experiences. As Business Development Manager for smartphones at BT Cellnet/O2, and co-founder of Genie Internet — one of the UK's first unicorn startups, incubated within BT Group — he went on to develop landmark innovations in mobile internet at BT, the WAP Forum, O2, and Digital Bridges.
Over three decades, Simon has translated that pioneering work into a suite of systemic innovation and CX frameworks including the Customer Centricity Strategy Framework, the Holonomic Circle, and the New 4Ps. He is the co-author of Designing Customer Experiences with Soul, Deep Tech and the Amplified Organisation, and Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter. Recognised as a Trailblazer by Technology Magazine, he writes for CMSWire and UX Collective, speaks internationally, and is a guest professor at business schools and universities in Brazil and the United States.
