Simon Robinson is the CEO (Worldwide) of Holonomics with three decades of experience in customer experience design working with the world’s largest brands across the UK, Europe, North America, South America and Asia. He is one of the pioneers of customer experience, co-authoring in 1995 the world’s first article on customer experience strategy. In the 1990s he was the business development manager responsible for smart phones at British Telecom (BT Cellnet/O2) and co-founder of Genie Internet, one of the UK’s first startup unicorns, developed inside BT Group.
This endeavour continues to the present day through his work in strategic consultancy, customer experience design, business development and in developing future-fit business frameworks such as the New 4Ps, the Holonomic Circle and the Customer Centricity Strategy Framework. In addition to business consultancy, he is a mentor to a number of Brazilian and North American startups in the green energy, deep tech and social impact sectors.
He is a co-founder of the Deep Tech Network, a Harvard Business Review author, and coauthor of Designing Customer Experiences with Soul: How to Build Products, Services and Brands that People Genuinely Love, Deep Tech and the Amplified Organisation, Customer Experiences with Soul: A New Era in Design and Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter. Simon is respected globally for his contributions to customer experience strategy and Deep Tech, having created numerous design methods and frameworks such as the New 4Ps and the Holonomic Circle.
