The 5Cs Framework: Faith at Work

Through her work with ImaniWorks, Caroline developed the 5Cs Framework, a practical framework for helping professionals intentionally live out their faith and purpose in the marketplace:

CALL– Understanding your God-given purpose and assignment.

CULTURE – Shaping and influencing workplace culture through Kingdom values.

CONNECTIONS – Building relationships that create influence, collaboration and impact.

CHANGE– Navigating and leading change with courage, wisdom and adaptability.

CHOICES– Making values-driven decisions that honour God while pursuing excellence.

The 5Cs provide a practical lens through which Caroline speaks and writes about Faith at Work, Purpose, Leadership, Workplace Culture, Influence, Change and Excellence.

Her message is simple but challenging: the workplace is not separate from our faith. It is one of the places where our faith, character, values and leadership are tested and where our influence can make a difference.
