Jeff Graddy, Ph.D. is a Partner with Avion Consulting, a firm specializing in leadership, team, and organizational development.
Jeff applies principles of human behavior to help leaders get the best out of themselves and their people, in order to drive business results. He coaches executives and advises organizations on how to unleash the potential within people through effective leadership and talent development. In addition to his advisory work, Jeff also helps organizations create innovative leadership development programs, specifically targeting the growth of high potential leaders who need to possess the emotional intelligence, personal agility, and influencing skills necessary to lead effectively in an increasingly dynamic, global context.
Jeff is a co-author of several leadership books. These include “How Leaders Improve: A Playbook for Leaders Who Want to Get Better Now” which outlines 10 research-based steps leaders can take immediately to drastically increase their chances at improving their effectiveness, and the just-released “Ready, Set, RIPEN! A Leader’s Guide to Preparing People for Development” which explores the key factors that leaders (and anyone in a coaching role) can leverage to help get people "ripe" for making important changes.
