Renae Weight Mackley is a mother to six, grandmother to more. Always clean and wholesome, she serves up American Historical Fiction with a side of romance. Raised in California, she loves the beach. Having lived in Virginia, she developed a passion for the American Civil War. She currently resides beside a mountain in Utah and spends time with family. She’s a bicycle rider; a former substitute teacher; creator of music, fiber arts, good food, and the written word.
