Bachelor of Arts from Crandall University (1985)

Master of Divinity from Acadia Divinity College (1988)

Ordained in the Baptist Convention of the Atlantic Provinces (1989)

Founded International Harvesters for Christ Evangelistic Association Inc. (1991)

Doctor of Ministry from Acadia University (2011)

Jeff served nearly fifteen years as a pastor to the following congregations, Ripples Baptist (1981), Dorchester Baptist (1982-85), Cherryfield Baptist (1987-91), Shediac and Calhoun Baptist Churches (1993-1999).
