Georgiy Tyshko, graduate Mathematics Faculty of Leningrad state University, programmer, analyst, manager, specialist on implementation of projects that other professionals are considered to be unrealizable, the writer-futurist.

Currently G.T. is working to create a paradigm of a global virtual reality,which is fundamentally expanding the possibilities of human civilization. In the new paradigm it will also be possible to greatly increase the scale of the formulated task, the speed of finding and implementing solutions. In the new paradigm it is planned the solution of transport problems, price controls, education, communication, search and information, the provision of any maintenance, development of near-earth space and deep space, patenting, legal and administrative aspects of managing any virtual teams. In the new paradigm of a global virtual reality will be planned self-financing and profitability.
