James Butch Tanner

Hi, welcome to my author page. I am James Butch Tanner and my wife is Carole. We have two grown daughters. Currently, my wife and I live in Hong Kong. I am the Pastor of Kowloon International Baptist Church, where about 1000 people from over 25 countries attend each week.

I have had over 40 years of experience in leading churches and teams of people. I have worked with paid and volunteer staffs to lead churches to restructure, re-dream, and find their potential.

The challenges of new things constantly pushed the limits of time, finances, and personnel. We led our congregations to help start 21 new churches and many new ministries.

Constant changes and the 24/7 nature of ministry have created many opportunities to develop time management skills. The demands of new ventures and large memberships have equipped him to address the area of time investment.

We have also lived and worked in the United States and Zambia Africa.
