Teuta Metra

Teuta Metra is an Albanian–Dutch novelist based in Rotterdam. She holds a degree in Literature and Linguistics from the University of Tirana and has a background in journalism. Her latest novel, On the Other Side (March 2023), received a five-star seal from Readers’ Favorite. Alongside her work as a librarian, she supports non-native speakers in gaining confidence in English and Dutch, and in finding their way in a new culture. She speaks Albanian, English, Dutch, and Italian.
