Janet Britcher

Janet Britcher has extensive leadership, executive coaching, human resources and organizational consulting experience, and held leadership roles inside corporations for over 20 years prior to founding Transformation Management LLC in 2002. She particularly enjoys working with leaders being promoted, and companies which are committed to individual and company growth.

Janet has an MBA with a concentration in organizational development.

Janet has been adjunct faculty in management at Lesley University and Regis College. She is a coach supervisor for William James College Executive Coaching program, a coach with the Executive Education program at MIT Sloan, and is a certified coach through the ICF. Janet brings an intuitive, spiritual and mission-driven passion to her work with leaders.
