Amy Vodarek

Amy Vodarek, RN, MScN, PCC, NCC, is an associate with Altus Growth Partners and the founder of Insight Edge, a coaching and leadership development company. Her mission is to be a catalyst for change by helping founders and leaders in the healthcare, education and social impact sectors embrace their vision, lead, and accomplish meaningful results.

Amy’s clients are the C-Suite executives, senior leaders and their teams leading progressive change in healthcare, health technology, hospitality, tourism, social venture, government, and service-based business., Amy helps clients lead and navigate rapidly changing and complex situations and develop critical skills to have effective conversations with the right people to advance desired results and take decisive action. By developing their leadership skills, clients are equipped to advance high-value initiatives and build engaged, accountable teams by gaining clear commitments from team members. Importantly, clients learn to bridge the gap between serving others and self-care, bringing renewed vitality, presence, and confidence to their leadership.

Unleash Your Brilliance and the upcoming book, Growing Groups into Teams, Amy is passionate about helping visionary leaders leverage their unique strengths and advance their bold ideas for change.

Amy is a mentor coach with The Coach Partnership and holds her PCC from the International Coaching Federation, NCC from Newfield Network, and additional coaching certifications with The Institute of Generative Leadership, The Leadership Circle Profile and Genuine Contact Organizational and Holistic Facilitation. Amy holds her Master’s Science in Nursing from McMaster University.
