Celia Garcia

Celia Garcia is a bilingual nationally certified Workforce Development Professional, Author, Speaker, Workshop Facilitator & International Career Coach. Over a span of 30 years, she has provided strong leadership and vision to tens of thousands of participants in over 40 career skill building programs serving the needs of her community and employers in the local workforce. She has dedicated her career to establishing workplace literacy and job training programs as a direct service provider of bilingual training services to generations of workers in an effort to improve critical job and entrepreneurial skills for English Learners. She is currently serving as State Director of California, elected as part of a national board for NAWDP, the National Association of Workforce Professional in Washington D.C. and is the Founder and Executive Director of the Latin Business Institute, a non-profit Community Based Organization that is dedicated to economic development through entrepreneurial training, job skills and language development since 1997. She is also former California State Director for Women of LULAC, League of United Latin American Citizens.
