William Russell English is a former wrestler, championship coach, Air Force veteran, author, philosopher, and teacher. He has gained invaluable experience through years of wrestling training and coaching, time spent in the military, and his tenure as a teacher. He has spent over a decade developing a philosophy and system on how to attain happiness and fulfillment. He lives with his wife Stephanie in Pennsylvania.
