I'm an artist in the way that sharks swim: gotta do it or I die. I was widowed at a young age. I am now, years later, very happily in love. That is my day job: being an artist, writer and reader, and being in love.

This makes me VERY lucky. Profoundly, gobsmackingly lucky.

I was not always this lucky. Besides the devastating loss of my husband in 2012, I have also survived two deeply emotionally abusive relationships, so I come from a place of wide and varied experience here. I share this so that you know my perspective is not all sunshine and roses. I empathize, deeply, with people who are hurting in love. I want so very much for you to find clarity, help and hopefully a smile in my writing.

I have a couple of degrees. And, I have been reading Tarot for 30 years. I'm pretty good at it, and I have, in the way a tarot reader eventually becomes, been a counselor for hundreds of people struggling with confusing and frustrating relationships.

I think Tarot is a truly fascinating tool, and I think my my modest addition to the pantheon of Tarot related works has a unique spin on love and things thumpy. You might find it useful.

I am now writing another book about relationships, or rather, why do we accept such dumpster fire versions of relationships and how maybe not to do that.
