Ulrich Hambuch

Ulrich Hambuch has been a freelance management consultant since 2011, specializing in business intelligence, data warehousing, big data and corporate management. Previously, he worked for several years each for a medium-sized IT and process consulting company and a large telecommunications provider. He has more than 15 years of IT experience and has been involved in challenging BI projects of industry-leading large enterprises for more than 10 years. In addition to his consulting activities and as an active partner of SAP and HortonWorks, he is the author of the reference book "Erfolgsfaktor Metadatenmanagement - Relevanz des Metadatenmanagements für die Daten-qualität bei Business Intelligence" (Success Factor Metadata Management - Relevance of Metadata Management for Data Quality in Business Intelligence), published in 2008, and has been involved in CeLS (An Initiative of GECO & IDG) for the vendor-independent certification of Business Intelligence Consultants and Big Data Engineers since 2016.
