Marilyn Boone

Marilyn Boone's first Legacy Novel, Heartstrings, was named the 2016 Oklahoma Writers' Federation Inc. winner for Best Juvenile Book. Becoming Rose and Lillian's Locket were later added to this stand-alone series of young adult inspirational novels, containing a little history, a little mystery, and always a little romance. Besides her Legacy Novels, she has also been published in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Reboot Your Life, and in Guidepost's Angels on Earth.

Marilyn’s latest works are her Heart of Christmas books, a stand-alone series of inspirational holiday romance, intended to warm the Christmas season and the heart.

When not writing, the author enjoys playing her hammered dulcimer and keeping up with her sourdough starter. She loves trying new recipes and has placed in a Quaker Oats recipe contest, as well as in a Southern Living cake contest that was once featured in their magazine.
