Theodore Shapiro

Born on the planet furthest from the sun, or the third one from it. Is that the same planet? I was never good with geography. I spent my youth living in the strange worlds found in books and the wackiest cartoon shows. With an addiction to Star Wars and Indiana Jones especially, I dreamed on going on real-life adventures. With my incredible travel companion and wife Krista, and her beloved-vain of my existence cat-I have had the pleasure of journeying all around the world-scuba diving, running, hiking, kayaking, swimming and more-and finding out that life is truly stranger than fiction. After graduating from Towson University with a Masters I have spent the following years of my life as an English teacher. But when not teaching, I dawn my superhero's cape (or a fancy pen) and follow my true calling to become a writer. I have written several books, and currently have two for sale; Charm City Triathlete and A Hero's Quest?. When not saving the world from the atrocities of terrible grammar and the growing illiteracy if today's youth or writing, I spend my time reading, running and swimming competitively, and finding the magic in the world.
