Garrett Kelley

Garrett Kelley is a former National Security Agency analyst who worked during the Ronald Reagan presidency in the 1980's. He spent six years living first in southern Italy and then in northern Japan as a SIGINT analyst, then returned to private life in a variety of capacities, including typesetter, printer, home care coordinator, residential facility director, and home school cooperative leader. He currently teaches at a rural school in western Wisconsin where he lives with his wife, Ann, an emergency medical technician, and his two daughters.

Mr. Kelley spends his free time studying equity jurisprudence and how to attain equitable remedies in chancery (equity) court. He is part of a study group of several friends and fellow citizens who are committed to achieving fairness and justice in the practice of law. He plans to write another book very soon about how to access equity court (without being funneled into an administrative law court), a remedy guaranteed by Article III of the Constitution.
