Elisabeth Gerle

Academics

Elisabeth is Professor of Ethics at Centre for Theology and Religious Studies at Lund University and Researcher at Church of Sweden, Research Department. She has spent several years at Princeton University as Visiting Scholar and during recent years been a regular Visiting Scholar to Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study, STIAS, in South Africa. She lives in Lund and has worked as Senior Ethicist and Associate Professor and lecturer in Ethics and Human Rights at Lund and Malmö Universities. She was Dean of the Pastoral Institute in Lund 2001 – 2005.
