Patrice Johnson

Patrice Johnson's The Fall and Rise of Tyler Johnson has won two national awards and serves as the basis of a documentary film.

During Johnson's sixteen-year stint in the computer industry, she founded three successful technology companies, served as vice president of marketing and communications with a Fortune 100 company, and was a weekly columnist for the industry’s largest trade publication. She has been quoted in USA Today and Business Week.

She graduated summa cum laude from Alma college and received her master’s degree in English literature from Michigan State University. She has taught high school English and community college writing.

Johnson currently serves as President and Editor-in-Chief of the Stockbridge Community News.

Hobbies? "I find joy in walking Michigan trails," she says, "plus flower gardening, swimming, reading and, of course, writing."

She and her husband live on their eighty-acre farm.
