Judith’s Mission is to Provoke Maverick Leadership Everywhere. Who you ARE and what you DO is an essential component of Maverick Leadership. This concept is explored within her book and The Maverick Paradox Magazine (themaverickparadox.com), which she founded and is the current editor.

Judith has been described as the Maverick Sat Nav. She has an unwavering ability to get you to where you need to be, especially if you can’t conceive how you will get there.

She works with organisations to create passion filled individuals that engender resilient maverick leaders; who work with purpose and meaning, for just causes and greater futures. In addition to this she works with business owners and professionals to become leaders in their marketplace. Judith helps them to work on their business and not in it.

Since 2005, she has been defining Mavericks as ‘wilfully independent’ people and have been designing and implementing solutions that solve the most persistent problems that individuals, business owners or companies face.

Judith also hosts The Maverick Paradox Podcast which is a weekly show where she has lively conversations with her guests. She explores what it is to be a maverick (wilfully independent person) and discovers effective modes of leadership.

She is the leading authority on Mavericks and Maverick Leadership. She is also a keynote speaker. Her expert opinion has appeared in numerous publications including national broadsheets and leading industry press.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and MBA (PgDip) graduate, Judith is a trained Executive Coach and senior Leadership/Change Consultant.
