Fred L. Hamel

Fred L. Hamel (born 1962) is a professor in the School of Education at the University of Puget Sound. He has published over 20 articles and one book in the area of teacher education. Fred taught for over 12 years in schools, public and private, in the Chicago area and in Washington state, before completing a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from the University of Washington. He received the Thomas A. Davis teaching award from the University of Puget Sound in 2015.
