Mother, wife, and chatterbox, I live among the mountains and love to write. I have two children, a husband, a German shepherd, a mortgage, and work as a web copywriter from my home office. I have written a lot in my almost forty years of life, but I've hidden it out of shame and fear of being read, until I gathered up the courage and sent my manuscripts to various publishing houses. I received editorial proposals, but none fully satisfied me (due to the costs required for publication), so I decided to try it myself and self-published.
Checcao is my online nickname and I like to use it for some books in my "DIY publishing" activity.
I have a wide range of books available on Amazon. I write coloring books for adults, children, and seniors, which include intricate designs and nature-inspired images. I also write children's stories that capture the imagination of young readers, often incorporating educational themes such as the importance of friendship, family, and the environment.
And then there are my novels:
"Lettera a Lei" is the passionate epistolary novel I wrote in one breath. A real gut story with small autobiographical notes. A short and intense love story, perfectly balanced between plot twists and daily monotony.
"La bambina e il cinghiale" is a children's story that I invented for my daughter Claudia to make up for the fact that I, stories, never remember them! So I invented this character, Dora, who lived a new adventure every evening, a small chapter of that story that today has become a book. A story made of caresses and goodnight kisses.
