Stephanie Henderson, coauthor of "The Myth of 'Fit': Unlock New Leader Success with High-Impact Onboarding," is a seasoned consultant with more than 25 years of business experience. She’s been with Leader OnBoarding for over 10 years as an onboarding expert, executive coach, and organizational development consultant. Stephanie focuses on combining talent-management strategies with sustainable leader-development processes to assist New Leaders in aligning with their organization and team, and realizing their full potential. In addition, she works directly with organizations throughout their new hire’s career life cycle—beginning with pre-hire assessment through rapid ramp-up—to establish (or build upon existing) onboarding programs that deliver superior business results.
Having held a range of positions in the financial services industry, Stephanie gained expertise in corporate practices, and developed a deep understanding of organizational behavior. Her insider’s knowledge of organizational needs, coupled with a belief that people are the engine that drive results, made her a valuable part of the team that developed LevelSet: Early Feedback and Culture Snapshot.
Stephanie received a master’s degree in Organization and Management from Capella University, obtained Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, and is a qualified user of multiple assessment and consulting tools.
