Neil Tobin

Neil Tobin is a playwright, producer and solo performer who frequently combines interactive magical and psychic performance with serious subjects. His current play is Neil Tobin, Necromancer: Near Death Experience; details (including performance schedule) are posted at neardeathx.com.

Prior plays include Palace of the Occult (2015), which transported audiences to 1933 Berlin as the personal guests of Erik Jan Hanussen, a Jewish psychic performer struggling to survive during the rise of the Nazis; and Supernatural Chicago (2004), which immersed audience members in the city’s sometimes-unsettling historical stories of the paranormal every week for ten years at the reputedly haunted Excalibur nightclub. He has served on the board of directors for the Psychic Entertainers Association and is the recipient of the Presidential Citation from the Society of American Magicians.
