John Muhanji

John is the Director, Africa Ministries office of Friends United Meeting. John is a former Banker where he served for over 19 years before joining the ministry of Friends Church. He is an MDiv graduate of Earlham School of Religion. He is PHD Student in Leadership and Global Perspectives with George Fox University, Portland, OR. He plays a key role in leadership development, peace and reconciliation among Friends churches in East Africa. He is a strong believer in cross-cultural relationship building among different communities as they are all equally created in the image of God. His favorite scripture verse is John 9:4b "I must work the works of Him that sent me, while it is still day;..."
