Annabel Acton is an innovation addict and entrepreneur on a quest to keep it quirky. She has worked as a marketing and innovation consultant for 10 years and often wonders why bios are written in the third person. Somewhere in the thick of giving other people business ideas (and a pesky breakup), she had a business idea of her own. What if there was a place where you could offload all the breakup baggage you’re left with at the end of a relationship? And with that, she launched Never Liked It Anyway – the eBay for breakups. The place to purge, splurge and get on with it. Melbourne, Sydney, London, New York and LA are all homes of sorts. She has 60 countries under her belt, and is still quite dismayed at the realization that she isn’t actually Carmen Sandiego. Annabel would do anything for gelato and also loves haiku, rock climbing, improv and dogs. Not in that order.
