Jose Valladares is a Los Angeles–based author, researcher, musician, and independent publisher. He holds a degree in physics, chemistry, and mathematics, and brings the same disciplined curiosity to everything he writes — whether the subject is quantum mechanics, contemplative prayer, or how to read sheet music.

As the founder of CircleSquare Books, he has published more than 300 titles across multiple languages and formats — paperback, hardcover, ebook, and digital sheet music.
