Hello!

I’m Timothy Morrison. And I firmly believe in a link between healthy lifestyle and happiness. Well, you’re right – happiness is a more complicated thing. I guess everyone knows when he or she is happy or not. However, if you ask people what actually happiness is, you will get pretty different answers. I like the idea that happiness consists of health, financial well-being, and fine relationships (both romantic and not romantic). And, in my opinion, healthy lifestyle is the base for the whole happiness construction. That is my vision for the role of nutrition and fitness in life.

In their turn, a healthy lifestyle includes mainly proper nutrition and physical activities. That’s why I’m focused on topics like proper diet, adequate training, and building healthy habits. Naturally, I am changing with time my fitness aims and priorities. I suppose that changes are good for our physical development. The more I train in new ways and angles, the easier it becomes to gain new skills. So, I am passionate about exploring different nutritional plans and training methods.

However, in order to progress in one particular direction, you need to sacrifice some time and efforts. When you take action on a systematic basis, you build a habit, which helps you achieve your target. And I have found out that habit/system always wins in a long-term perspective.
