Beatrice is from San Jose California where at an early age she fell in love with the health and fitness industry thanks to her mother who's a personal trainer. She now lives in San Diego California with her husband and two kids and their dog Apollo. She believes that when you master your body you master your life. So she has committed to mastery over the health and fitness industry and combined a passion for writing to be able to deliver the most value to the people that she serves.
