William J. Deibler II

Bill was born in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and grew up in the Coal Region of central Pennsylvania.

He has broad technical and management experience in the computer industry, primarily in the areas of software and systems design and development, software testing, and software quality assurance. He has extensive experience in managing and implementing Agile- and Model-based process improvement in software, hardware and systems engineering environments. Bill is a CMMI Institute Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser for CMMI that has consulted with a variety of organizations from small Agile-based to large Fortune 100 firms. He is also a Certified Scrum Master that assists organizations transitioning to Agile Methods. His company, SSQC, provides training and workshops on a number of topics on software and systems engineering.

Bill counsels and coaches Silicon Valley executives and management teams in their definition of strategic objectives and goals for improving their firm's management and engineering practices.

When he isn't working, he can be found tossing flies in the pursuit of wily Deschutes River Steelhead.
