Michael Comer is the President of The Hayes Group International - an organizational development and executive coaching consulting firm. He has personally consulted with over 110 organizations including Federal Express, International Paper, Burger King, Volvo, General Dynamics, US Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Department of Defense, Westinghouse, Gulfstream Aerospace and Citrix. For a number of years he was a leader in the change management divison of Andersen Consulting (Accenture). He joined the Hayes Group in 2000. He holds a doctorate in organization leadership and lives in Winston Salem North Carolina.
