Luke Worth was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, a small city on Lake Michigan. At the age of 17 he joined the United States Marine Corps where he was honed into a leader. Of his many accomplishments in the Marines, he graduated top of his service school and moved up the ranks to E-5 Sergeant in less than three years. Leaving the Marines in 2009 he went on to develop his formal education, completing a double bachelors in marketing and technical management followed by an MBA with concentration in project management.
Moving into the world of business, Luke leveraged his leadership abilities from the Marines to work at two fortune 500 companies where he led high performing teams to deliver on the top strategic new product development projects.
Following his passion to empower people to live their dreams, Luke formed a direct mentoring relationship with global leader and speaker on human growth and potential and best selling author, Bob Proctor. Continuing his development in coaching, he joined formed President of Riddle Sports and EMI, Steve Bobowski in teaching and mentoring Dale Carnegie Programs.
After several years in performance coaching Luke went back to developing his business acumen as Director of Continuous Improvement at a leading edge company in LED lighting and energy management, Energy Bank Inc..
One of Luke's other passions is public speaking. Joining Toastmasters in 2016, he served as President of his club. He competed in the 2017 International Speech Competition winning, local, division, and made it to division (state). He continues to pursue his passion for public speaking and teaching through seminars on mindful awareness and self motivation.
Luke enjoys spending time with his two beautiful children and lovely wife. He also enjoys spending time in the outdoors, fishing, hiking, or camping.
Luke has been humbled by the many adventures and challenges life has brought him. One of which was his grandpa passing in 2015 causing him to publish his first book, "Sometimes... Your Purpose Finds You" in 2017.
