Took up writing stories during and after a career in chemical physics (industry and university) and computer science. Other retirement interests include reading fiction and non-fiction, astronomy and amateur radio. Also entertaining (and being entertained by) the grand-children. Occasionally can be seen lurking in wildlife parks.
