Hi Friends,

This is Lilly. Thanks for checking out my writing. My first book, God’s Refugee, is the true story of the Rev. John Chol Daau. If you have a heart for all God's people, across all cultures, this book is for you. Writing it, along with my co-author, the John, was one of the greatest joys of my life. I promise John's story will inspire and assure you that whatever you're going through, God will redeem it.

When I am not writing or speaking, I am chasing around my three beautiful preschool aged children or daydreaming about the European vacation I might one day get to take with my husband. One day, right?

I am finishing my second manuscript. It's a punk-rock Ann of Green Gables. It's a lot different from God's Refugee but does share one thing in common: young adult longing, healing from grief, and the journey of self-discovery yet laced with tender moments of young love. I can't wait to share it with you all.
