Debi Staples

As a stay-at-home mom, Debi Staples was going a bit stir-crazy, so she started volunteering on the new AOL to help teenagers edit their work. Soon someone mentioned the idea of starting a business that sold this new thing called eBooks. She jumped right in... and created SynergEbooks - www.synergebooks.com. More than 17 years later, SynergE lists more than 300 titles in a myriad of genres, with over 200 of those available in print. While she was editing many of the eBooks the company publishes, she wrote her first book, AN EDITOR'S PET PEEVES.

A few years later, she began her spiritual search in earnest. She had always joked that if she wrote a biography, she would call it A CHARLIE BROWN LIFE, since life seemed to always be "kicking" her down. Now that she was up again, it was a good time to write about her own spiritual journey.

Debi has a Bachelor's Degree is Radio, TV & Film from Messiah College in Pennsylvania. She currently lives in central Tennessee with her husband and 2 sons. Her love for the written word and spiritual searching is still going strong.
