Roy Holt

Roy Holt was born in USA (Chicago) at 1984. Acquaintance with cooking has begun from childhood, Roy usually helped his mother in small and cheap bistro owned by their family. It was starting point in his career.

At age 17 his family moved to Italy, Roy began to absorb Europen and Italian cuisine. As a young cook during six months, he worked at an Italian restaurant near Neapoli. His efforts and talent сould`t remain undetected, Roy gets an offer to chief cook in Milan restaurant.

After Gained experience and new skills, he decided back to native City and share with people Italian cooking secrets.

Roy came to Chicago in 2008. Experience had got in Italy garnered attention from the most Eminent restaurants.

However, Roy decided to own open restaurant which resembled that small and cheap bistro where he made his first steps in culinary.

"Incredibly tasty meals - accessible to everyone!" - this motto guided him.
