Evan Kail

Evan Kail is an American author, entrepreneur, filmmaker, and content creator best known to a global audience of more than 10 million as "Pawn Man." He is the founder and owner of St. Louis Park Gold & Silver, a Minnesota precious metals and collectibles business that has become one of the most recognizable coin and bullion shops on social media.

In 2022, Kail gained international recognition after preserving and donating a rare World War II photo album documenting Japanese wartime atrocities in China. His efforts to educate the public about this often-overlooked chapter of history earned him Chinese diplomatic porcelain, one of the nation's highest diplomatic gifts to a private citizen, and established him as an advocate for historical truth, cultural understanding, and peace.

A third-degree black belt in Taekwondo and first-degree black belt in Kumdo, Kail divides his time between the United States and China, where he writes books and screenplays, produces documentaries and educational content, and promotes stronger cultural ties between the two countries. His work spans history, crime, horror, and international affairs, reflecting his passion for storytelling and preserving the past.
