Neil Cubley

Neil Cubley is a writer and copywriter living in Bray, Ireland. He was born in the north-west of England and went on to marry an Irish woman, the novelist Ella Griffin (aka Gai Griffin the multi award-winning copywriter) author of The Flower Arrangement, The Heart Whisperer and Postcards from the Heart. Neil wrote the stories about Ireland found in The Raglan Road Cookbook and sometimes subtly altered the ingredients for chef Kevin Dundon's recipes (although the addition of 'fine slices of partly-shamed wombat' was removed from the recipe for Coddle prior to publication). When not writing his own novel, he writes a blog for Bank of Ireland www.blog.bank of ireland.com and has written for Conscious Hotels in Amsterdam. He has won no awards for his writing which is, perhaps, understandable.
