M.J. Calvert

M.J. (Calvert) Kennedy is a gypsy-adventurer-warrior-teacher living her passion as a massage therapist. The travel bug bit M.J. at an early age and it has never let go. She traveled the United States, Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia with her father during her formative teenage years and continues to travel, expanding her experiences through much of Asia. She started writing travel emails as a solo traveler to share her adventures with friends and family. From their humble beginnings those emails grew into a blog site (gypsygalmj.com) and now have become her first book, "Of Elephants and Motorbikes".
